This site serves a number of functions. The main goal of the site is to allow individuals a number of ways to participate with the Evans Scholars Foundation and Caddies to College golf tournament. The events booking application on this site allows the user to sign-up for any of the offerd events as an individual or group. All payment are processed and notification is sent to the foundation.

The site allows multi-level access for administration and communication. Access permissions allow managers and administrators to edit assigned content and communicate to various levels of user.
